Turkey Burgers

I picked up Magic-Sauce while visiting the Sayville Fair. Love it! My favorite way to use it is in a turkey burger. I just squirt some in the ground turkey, add 1/4 tsp. of minced garlic and fry in a grill pan on the stove. It's the best. I catch family members sneaking these burgers out of the fridge when they wouldn't touch a regular turkey burger in the past! 

3 lbs ground turkey
¼ cup roasted garlic
3 slices of wheat bread crust removed
¼ cup milk
¼ cup magic Sauce
vegetable oil

Soak Bread in milk and squeeze out excess
Mix turkey, garlic, Magic Sauce, and bread
Divide into 12 equal portions and shape into burgers
In a hot skillet sauté in Canola oil till brown 2-3 mins each side
Transfer to 350 degree oven for 8-10 mins
Enjoy with favorite burger sides

Drizzle with Magic Sauce to taste
